Insights you can use
After each session, providers share a short summary of the general themes discussed. These are anonymised and included in your reporting, helping you spot trends and offer extra support where it’s needed.
Only pay for what’s used
Safety Net is free for Givenwell customers offering a recurring allowance to their team. The only cost is any sessions used by the team each month.


Additional Sessions
When someone finishes their allocated sessions, they can request more anonymously through Givenwell. You’ll get a summary showing how many sessions they’ve had, any previous requests, and can approve or decline with one click.


Emergency Resources
If someone is in crisis or needs urgent help, they’ll see a dedicated section with links to trusted support lines and emergency services.
Team Feedback
After each session, staff are asked to rate their experience and share feedback. This helps ensure only the best providers stay in the network, giving you peace of mind and your team better support.


Easy Billing
Safety Net is available at no extra cost if you offer recurring wellbeing allowances through Givenwell. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and nothing to pay upfront.
Any sessions your team uses are added to your regular monthly invoice. You only pay after the fact, and only for what’s actually used.
